Terms of Service:
We at Taxco Collars and Leashes will guarantee you will love our product.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will do whatever we can to satisfy you.
We want you and your dog to have a great experience with us.
We will guarantee our product from defect of hardware or material for the life of your purchase.
If you have purchased a product that is not custom made and the product is too big or too small you have 30 days from the date it was bought to exchange it.
We will repair or replace your product if the product is defective from regular use.
We DO NOT replace items due to things that our out of our control.
Things like the following are just some examples of what we do not cover: chewed items, neglect/misuse, normal wear and tear on your product, customer alterations, hardware rusting from water/humidity unless it is brass or BioThane.
PLEASE NOTE: If you live in a wet area, your dog loves the water/snow or you live with humidity please spend the extra money and purchase brass or stainless steel hardware for a product that will last forever.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL POSTAGE.
We will guarantee the hardware, BioThane or leather, from all defects for the life of the product.
If your leash, collar, harness or any of our products become defective from normal usage we will repair or replace it.

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCT
The majority of what we make is custom made.
With this being said, please make sure you measure your dog correctly for all products.
We have videos on how to measure for a collar and harness.
Measure twice to make sure, as we make your product to the measurements you give us.
PLEASE LEAVE TWO FINGERS OF SPACE so your product is not too tight.
We will do our best to make sure your dogs product fits properly.
If adjustments need to be made, due to wrong measurements, the customer is responsible for any additional costs that may occur.
WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT
If you have a problem that needs repair or alteration, please contact us immediately at 403-813-4244 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will discuss with you the best way to fix or replace your product.
If returning your product please include your name, address and what needs to be replaced or fixed. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL POSTAGE.
If you do not include this information, we will not know what to do with your product when it arrives.
We can fix or replace chewed items or repair items that are not from normal wear and tear. There will be additional charges to do this starting at $10.
We offer shipping anywhere in Canada for $15.
If your order is over $150 we offer free shipping.
If you live in the Calgary, Airdrie or Okotoks area you can either pick up your product or we can deliver it free of charge.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE
We try to make your product as quickly as we can.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from time of order to delivery for your product.
Sometimes colours are out of stock and we need to wait for the delivery which could add time to your delivery.
Due to COVID 19 our shippers cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially products coming out of the USA.
Since COVID hit, our deliveries are not always certain, please be patient.
We will notify you if your colour is out of stock to see if there is another colour you would like to use or if you are willing to wait for the stock to come in.
Our colours may change a bit depending on the rolls that are delivered.
You may notice a slight difference from what you see on the website.
This is out of our control as it happens at the factory.
If you are ordering a leather product the colours may vary depending on the hide.
All hides are different and may take the colour differently.
